Products sold with PLR (Private Label Rights) or MRR (Master Resale Rights) may be used within the permitted scope described in each product’s license.

If you submit testimonials, comments, feedback, or tag us on social media, you grant Kaycee Digital Design a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for promotional purposes (e.g., on our website, emails, or marketing materials). We will attribute respectfully and will not misrepresent your words.

6) Digital Product Access & Refunds
Because our products are digital and accessible immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. Refunds are generally not provided once a file or product has been downloaded, accessed, or delivered. Limited exceptions may be granted at our discretion or where required by law. Delivery is considered complete when access links or login credentials are sent to your email.
7) Affiliate Links and Third-Party Sites

b) Binding Arbitration
If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa. Each party will bear its own fees unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
13) Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
14) Entire Agreement
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Kaycee Digital Design regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreements or communications.
